I weight in at 186 lbs. this morning before I went out for a run, although I’m not really certain that is an accurate weight as it was a Lent Friday yesterday and I went seven hours without eating (I know the right hand and left hand are not supposed to know what the others are doing, but you get my point).

I’m happy to report that I have been doing pretty well at my goal of losing 20 lbs. in 20 weeks and I have a little more than eight weeks to shed down to 180 to reach that goal. If I don’t reach it, I will still be in a decent shape, so long as I don’t gain. I don’t want to get over 190 this week for even a day. I certainly do not wish to get back to 200 lbs, ever!
